I like to make a big pot of chili, pour into small tubs and freeze. Then pop the little pucks into a large freezer bag.
Individual servings that can be microwaved for a quick meal.
I also like to make a lasagna and portion it into lunch containers to freeze for later, if I can resist not eating it all.

Go with the easy things - stews, soups, potato and vegetable bakes, pasta, lasagne and anything healthy and filling - then they won't be coming back for seconds and emptying your fridge/freezer!

Chili and lasagna are good, so is meatloaf, hamburger casserole (can give a recipie if you would like), homemade soup (great way to use up leftovers), or simply buy your meats, cook them all at once, and then freeze, to be used in different ways...be creative...and get yourself to your local flea market or used book store to shop for cookbooks! Lots and lots of foodie websites out there, as well....need some?
