Help answer this question below.

I have Adobe Photoshop Album Starter Editions 3.0. It says that it is unable to open a catalog because the file does not exist. THen you can choose to make another one, but it just keeps saying that the file does no file exists. Can I have some help?

You are trying to open a folder that has no files in it. You keep creating the folder but there still are no files in it. You must save something to that folder for it to have files in it.
