To be perfectly honest, I'm an excellent 2nd in command. I don't like the pressure or lonliness of being the leader but I don't take too much direction well, either.

all my life, i wanted to "follow" and not lead...im not a take charge kind of guy you see..lets say for example: anoleus, level 60 maestro, with 999.000.000 points...now thats what i call leader material. sometimes i dont have enough willpower to excell being a leader..no problemo..

Depends on the situation but as an eldest child I tend to lean more towards leading. Although I can follow just as easily.

A leader. I always look forward and never backwards. I always have a smile and hoping it will spread to everyone. Respect is earned. Leadership qualities are mostly god-given. some people have the ability to develope these qualities early in life.
