Im writing a CV, I hav all th basis of it e.g my references. Does anyone hav any suggestions wat t say in th 'about me' bit. 'Jst left school, lookin 4 fulltime employment' thts pretty much all i hav. I dont hav previous jobs t spk bout or anythin really.

Sooz, I don't know what employers look for in a Scottish CV, and it's been way over 20 years since I made one. But here's my idea: Take a long look at where you want to go, who and what you would like to be in five years, and in ten years. Decide what ambitions you want to pursue, what aptitudes and attitudes you will need in order to to go there. See if you already possess any of those traits, and write from that perspective. If you are adaptable, versatile, able to concentrate on a task at hand, mention those qualities. Does this help? Hugs and best wishes. Slainte Mhath
