the purpose of the paint on the golf clubs grooves are for design so it won't look like just an ordinary steel golf club, so that means it will get a higher price than it will have when it looks like just an ordinary club and it wont hurt the golf club if you take the paint of the club-it's and extraterrestrial item!(if you don't know what that word means, it means non-living.)But it might hurt your golfing career if you break the golf club or something like that. :):):)
