The important thing is not to compromise your health in the process of losing weight (i.e. no crash diets, fasting, or questionable diet aids). Make sure you consult your doctor before starting any weight loss or exercise plan. How fast you lose the weight really depends on a lot of factors, and is going to vary greatly from person to person. You obviously don't want to drop the weight too quickly, which can be unhealthy. If you really want to lose the weight and keep it off, it's going to require a total lifestyle change. Good luck!
