From your question, I would guess that you haven't been, lately, to an airport. There is absolutely no sense of humor in airport security. Making jokes about bombs and attacks can get you arrested, fined, even put on the "no fly" list. So if you have travel plans in your near future (next 50 years) I would recommend against that kind of behaviour.

To my knowledge, there's nothing illegal about shouting "jihad," as you can claim religious freedom and explain that you were just speaking loudly about personal spiritual growth (which is what "jihad" actually means). "Bomb" or "fire" and you might be arrested for inciting a riot/dangerous situation. It is very probable that you'll be detained, but I doubt it would result in an arrest. But they can can you from flying or even setting foot in an airport ever again.

if you are lucky, yes you will get a sever beating and then be arrested, thrown in an interrogation room and be grilled for hours before being dumped, beaten and barely conscious in a cell. if your not lucky, you will get your ass shot dead, kicked a few times, hauled away to be disected for any trace of biological, chemical or explosive weapons, meanwhile it will be announced to the media that a taliban terrorist was shot and killed while attempting to carry out a suicide attack at the airport. your will go down in history as a terrorist and your family and friends will spend the rest of their lives being watched by the government for any possible connection to the taliban. if you don't believe the police would do something like that just watch the videos http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k6BsZUuZmr4

Saying that word doesn't mean much at all on its own but, of course, most people in an American airport aren't going to know that, and, even if they did, it would freak everyone out and your ass would still be inspected thoroughly. Ahem.

Not at the Las Vegas airport.the majority of TSA agents there are too stupid to even know what that means and even if they did they are all too fat and old to catch you anyways. I work there I commit so many security violations and yet they never figure it out.too busy picking their asses.

I would hope not...Because you yell Jihad does not mean you are planing on blowing anything up, your just yelling a word...But then again paranoia has gotten the best of this country so it more than likely will happen lol
