And here in India they call a priest to decide the first letter and incidently that letter was also G, so my name was finalized as Ganesh Dutt Sharma...... Later when I was in teens, I changed it to a sexies name and forgot about being Ganesh ......lolzzzz

Richard Leonard Gajewski In 1980, my middle name was changed to Aubrey, the name of a multiple personality whose ambition was to become an aerospace engineer. In an extremely rare case, my psychiatrist advised the change. Six years later, I was an engineering specialist for the NASA, working on the space station and other programs. Haunted by frequent episodes of identity theft by many who think the name "Gajewski" is rare -- it isn't -- and a reemergence of dissociative identity disorder (DID) in 2003 following sexual assault by a physician, one of my alters, Clifford, had been reading that integtation was possible when alters agreed to take a common identity. Hence, I changed my surname to Gicomeng, (short for Gigabit Communications Engineer; pronounced "Guy Coming") on June 26, 2006. It's virtually identity theft proof since there are no other Gicomengs. But to anyone who has DID, beware that this approach does NOT eliminate or integrate alters. The only benefit is to others who now have reason to hold you accountable for things you may not always readily remember, and wouldn't normally do. ; )
