I do not go to bars (I do not drink liquor any more)I now go to a place where they sale juices & stuff & it's only 5 minutes from my house. And yes, they know my name. Ya know, sometimes you want to go where everybody knows your name, and they're always glad you came. You want to go where you can see, troubles are all the same...In all, you want to go where everyone knows..your name...*plays piano*.

I don't even know the name of my local bar.

4.5 miles and some people know my name in there. My shuffleboard is getting better.

If you go to bars where everybody knows your name you run the risk of everyone there telling you every stupid thing you said or did when you were drunk.

About 1.5 miles. They don't know my name because I don't go very often.

It's in my front room and yes my family know my name.

my favourite is a 10 minute walk away and yes everyone does know my name because my boyfriend used to run it and I lived there with him for 8 years. It is still a warm and friendly place.

I work at a little family-owned bar, and I always think we should have a reality show about our bar. There are already so many reality shows about everything, why not one about a bar? 80% of the clientèle who come in to my bar are regulars, and they all know my name, (I'm serving them their alcohol and they are mostly male) and so I better know their names (I try to make it a game)...People of all classes, ages, and ethnicities go to my bar, so it always makes for an eventful evening... As soon as I think I have seen or heard it all, I find out I definitively haven't...

10 yards and alas they know my name............but have given up drink so they may have to close!

It's about a mile away on the other side of the village i know all the staff and most of the people who drink in there.

:-) its not that far aways, but it takes an hour to walk back home in the middle of the night... nobody knows my name but they do know me... i have made a fool of myself too many times...just recently i fell of the street really badly :D

About 15 minutes on the bus. No one knows my name, which I love since me and my friends can just sit, drink and gossip without being disturbed!
