I installed Norton Virus protection 2009. What is with the shopping cart showing up on everything I google? Also, how do I schedule scans? Looked everywhere.

The shopping cart tells you the site is transaction safe and protected, the check mark tells you it's a trusted, safe site. For scan setup - open to your Norton main page. You'll see three blueish boxes titled: Computer, Internet, and Identity. Beside each title you'll find "settings" click to enter the set up categories for that heading. The one you want is "Computer" to set up for scans. I have mine set for weekly idle time scans, it works quietly when you're not on the computer, but it's left turned on. I love it. :)

We changed from Norton as it has not been working good for the past few years.
