My daughter has a Verizon prepaid phone (Blitz). Can we switch it over to Tracfone or Boost mobile?

Verizon doesn't use sim chips and unless you bought an unbranded device even if another service would support the device it won't work.

Only if the phone is not network locked. If you have a non-verizon phone, Try putting your USIM card in here phone and making a call. If it works, then the phone is not network locked.
