I don't understand your comment. In 'Einsteinean-intensities'? There is 5 e[3+2] and 4 n[3+1].

He has it as a hyphenated word, although I am yet to see it anywhere else in that form.

I don't think you'll find any. I meant to post a sensible word and didn't think of a thesaurus one.

Well if you can't use any letter twice OR MORE, then the longest word will be six letters. Try tisane, an infusion of flowers or leaves.

Not bad, 6, but it can be beaten. (Note, you can use any letter more than twice, just not exactly two times.)
