Of places to which I've never been, there are many: Yosemite National Park, Yellowstone National Park, Gettysburg (as well as many other civil war battle sites), Site of the Battle of the Little Bighorn, the NFL Hall of Fame, and any city in Canada to see a CFL game. Whew, I guess I better get started.

No, not if you mean the river in "Swimming to Cambodia". That was the Mekong River. I have spent many "pleasant hours" on the Mekong (kidding)...they were not pleasant.
