I think the time that Marlon Brando sent his daughter(I think) to accept his reward and she basically went off on a tirade. I'm not saying that I disagree or agree with her points. It's just that if you join a club and that club honors you the least you could do is not belittle that club for giving you their highest honor. He joined the Academy after all. If he didn't want the thing he shouldn't have put his name in the running. I thought it was in bad taste.

Samantha Fox and Mick Fleetwood doing the BRIT AWARDS he is about 6 ft5 and she is 5ft nothing and they had the wrong michrophones and did not have the intelligence to read the prompts or change over to the other michs. It was so embarressing that it was and is a standing joke of awards
