For everyone here that commented, yes, the Hulk would win in a hand-to-hand fight with the Thing. However, the Hulk doesn't retain his intelligence like the Thing, so if the Thing was thinking clearly and had the time to implement it, he could use an odorless, colorless gas to subdue the Hulk and thus could win. So, in a battle of stength, the Hulk wins. In a battle of wits, the Thing wins.
