Lets analyze this question. If you stop to think about it, most mens restrooms were designed this way. we have no choice. women generally sit on the commode, where men stand at a urinal. For an accurate answer, you will have to ask the person that constructes mens restrooms.

No, I don't. I know if in a public place, women often go together to be able to chit-chat. Men don't do that. But some men may go to the restroom ALSO for some "relief"....a fun kind.
