    qwerty

it has to be pried, there is a tool for this, you have to be careful as the clips are set in hard cardboard or weak plastic if you pull wrong the clip stays in the door and comes out of the panel

Like Qwerty said, there are little plastic or metal clips that hold the liner into the metal frame. If you pull back gently on the liner, you'll be able to tell where the clips are by the areas that stay against the door. You'll want to pry away at those points very gently to get it off.
