Yes. I haven't dealt with it very well at all.

Yes. So far, all I've been able to do is let Mother Nature run her course, hoping that with the passing of enough time, memory will become duller and eventually fade.

Time helps. I ended one when someone turned out to be something they said they weren't. It hurt because I missed someone who never existed. Better off leave intimacy to the real world of flesh, where you can know what is real. Go out with friends, just get out and away from the computer.+4

What I try to do is get a picture of the person on the other end of the 'cyber' relationship...print out the photo and then rent a craigslist hooker and make them tape the picture to their face. works every time :)

I wasn't the one to end it. But yeah I did miss it a lot after it was gone :(

I distracted myself with anything I could find.

No, but like any relationship you let go. Avoid the places that you used to meet up or chat up, in your case.

I never had a cyber "relationship," but I have had plenty of cyber "sex." I've ended all of those, but still craved the feeling I got from them..... u just deal with it, like quitting smoking, or something else like that. Just do it.

Some of my cyber relationships are long term, some are short. When they end, I give thanks for the honesty and sincerity shared between us and move on.

As the old saying goes, relationships are like buses, there will be another one along in a few minutes.

I've never had a cyber relationship and don't want too. How could you hug or kiss them?? Or know what they're even like offline?
I'm not saying it doesn't work for everyone, just not for me. =)

You should always tell somebody how you feel no matter what type of relationship. Just avoiding them is much more hurtful, in my opinion.

I never HAD to end one, but when I feel they are more than what I want, I ease off, only allow for less intimate cyber contact. No chatting.
