One of the reasons me and my BF tend not to dwell on this subject is because of the mentioned reason. We have been with each other for almost 14 years but both feel that tieing ourselves down with a relationship is not what we would want to do, for near future. *smiles*

I don't see that selfish has anything to do with being married or getting married at all. It certainly, has nothing to do with why I left my marriage. I left my marriage because of massive communciation problems that were unfixable. Else, I would have stayed. Whether I want to get married again or not has to do with finding someone compatible.
