My Phillips TV does not play music DVD's. Why not? Driving me crazy. All other DVD's play perfectly and the region is ok.

You're reading I Have a Samsung Plazma Display model ps/42c75(R) Type Number AD42S7. The blue light on the front display is flashing but the TV will not start. When I press the remote power on it will respond with the blue light blinking but will not start. Please help.
