beacuse the brakes are wasted

the front brakes are connected via a flexible reinforced hose. If this hose is too short, or you modified your steering, this hose will pinch. This pinch will prevent adequate pressure from reaching the brake calipers.

After performaing a brake job on my 99 Jeep Cherokee, the front wheels won't move! I've changed the rotors, the calipers, and the pads. When the wheels are off, the rotors will turn; when the wheels are on, they won't turn! Anyone experienced this?
