Why is the tip of everything so sensitive.. like tip of clit, tip of penis, outer circle of anus, .....tip of tingue on these tips.. why are tips more sensitive than the bases.....

Because when it is forming the tissue is expanding and the nerves are spreading out, the tip is where it stops expanding so the nerves are still close together or at least closer than the side or base. Blow up a balloon, look at the center of the top, it has the most color and is still the most dense.

There are never endings in every body extreme. The nerve endings are always more sensitive than regular nerves that pass through the skin in the rest of the body. This is what makes for the extra sensitiveness of the tips of body organs, including finger and toe tips.
