    If it to do with a work objective that must be completed, yes. If my goal is to do what I want in life - none of those things can apply, especially when I get off. However, most of my goals are, since I am held accountable.

    Not at all. My goal could be met at any time, at any point. There are no prerequisites for its completion. And I'm not even sure I quite know what it is...

    Sometimes it is especially if it is set by others. More often, they are pretty vague to be achieved sometime in the future if they have been set by myself.
