Apart from sky are there any other tv providers that I can go to but still get disney channels? I need to reduce my bills but the kids still want disney, nick/nick jr etc and I still want home and health and living tv channels.

    What country are you in?

In Australia, Foxtel is having a sale where you can get free installation, and 12 months free access.

If you are in the UK, then there are 3 (according to Wikipedia):
    KCOM - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kingston_Communications
    WightCable - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/WightCable
    Virgin Media - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Virgin_Media

I don't know which ones have which channels, but you could probably find that on the companies webpages
