My teeth are very tightly spaced, and often break regular floss. I discovered Glide Teflon tape and gave it a try, and it works wonderfully. It does a wonderful job and is virtually unbreakable.

Prefer the floss picks to actual floss, easier for me to use without breaking.

Floss before bed and plain old wooden toothpicks handy at all times.
