Ingredients:
•500 grams of mince
•2 carrots
•1 onion
•2 tablespoons tomato sauce
•1 egg
•bread crumbs
•salt and pepper (a pinch each)
Directions:
1.Grate carrots and dice onion
2.place mince, carrots,onion,tomato sauce,egg into a bowl and mix
3.add a teaspoon of bread crumbs and salt and pepper mix again
4.put some bred crumbs into a bowl
5.roll about a palm full of mince into rissole size and dip into bread crumbs
6.rissole's are like meat patty's only thicker
7.cook in frying pan or on bbq for about 10 mins depending on how thick they are
