Yes many times, but the worst one was in line for more than an hour in winter about 25 degrees out. I had only a jacket on when I finally got to go inside I found out that I did not "qualify" for what I waited for!!!:(

I don't believe in spending my time standing in a line for an hour. If the line is expected to be long then I send someone else to stand and get whatever it is that the people in line consider worth waiting for.

Yes. At a church-sponsored chicken barbecue. The person in front of me got the last cooked chicken. They had to get more out of the freezer and cook them from that state. They also said if anyone got out of line they would lose their place, so it forced people to stand in line until the chicken were cooked - about 90 minutes - and it was a sunny, blistering hot summer day, too. In the end, the chicken wasn't cooked through and I had to bring it home anyway and finish cooking it. I never went back there.

It was an hour and a half at a summer music festival that had a very poorly run entrance. Then they almost made me take my camera back to my car, I pleaded that I had already waited so long, and pointed out that it wasn't a professional camera, the camera type not allowed in.
