Well, ninjas killed for a purpose. They were hired, trained, killed important people. Michael Myers just killed because...well, he's got issues. But how hilarious would it be to see him wearing a black ninja suit with his mask!

He did not demand payment in full, in gold, in advance, so he was not a Ninja assassin ... also, he did not restrict his killing to only contracted targets, he killed or tried to kill entire groups of people ... also, he was not very precise or efficient while the word Ninja means 'person who strives for excellence or perfection' ...

I'm afraid not.
I love Michael. He does wear Captain Kirk to kill. But he is no ninja. The very first requirement of your postulate is that he go "unnoticed." He does not. Michael Meyers goes unnoticed when HE wants to, not when his boss wants him to. Ninjas were assassins, not killers.
