  • You're the same height as me, and I know for a fact at anything under nine stone (126 pounds) I look too thin, and it doesn't suit me. Obviously I don't know your body type, and yeah it's possible to have a heavier frame which means you weigh more than you look. It's all about your proportions. I'd advise you not to lose anymore than like 50 pounds.
  • According to my chart schedule, you are about 40 pounds overweight. You are allowed 5 pounds for every inch over 5 feet tall. Your idel weight would be 140 pounds.
  • First of all, genetics does play a role in your height and weight. It limits you to a range of what you can be naturally. you may be able to be 120 lbs. but you can not force it. you have to kick yourself in the ass and give it your all. You have to get active and i mean active. you need to change your diet to eat 5-6 smaller well-balanced meals a day ( I focus on more protein in the morning to get my metabolism up and running). You also need to do weight traing as this helps to burn many calories, and no i hate it when girls say they don't want to get bulky. Girls have as much chance of having bulging muscles as I do of looking like Arnold Shwarzenneger. Need to see pic. I'll show you my result if you show me yours :) (It's a good motivator)
