I got motion sickness in an earthquake. Just before I knew what was happening, I felt extremely nauseated. A few seconds later, the walls began shaking and it felt like the ground was rolling. I also got it while on a one-day cruise on a small ship.

Only when I am hungry. It's a very strange thing. I haven't ever thrown up from it (unless I was drunk, but I don't think that counts), but I have gotten very nauseus (sp?).

Not very often. I have felt it a few times in a car and once in a boat.

In the air yes, and I have to take Dramamine. In cars and other things, no. I don't even try to go on roller coasters and rides like that anywhere!

No, my sister always got carsick when we were growing up though...it was sick. We'd gauge trips based on how many times she was ill...the trip through Yosemite was a 4 bagger! Haha, gross, I know.

I once got sick on a plane when we were taxiing in after landing, but I think that had more to do with the fact that I'd made the mistake of eating the food on the plane than with motion sickness. Regardless, I pop a couple of Dramamine tablets before I fly now.

I get motion sickness a lot. Planes, Boats, Cars, but oddly I'll get it for no reason when I'm sitting or walking and I have finally discovered if there's an earthquake on the pacific rim that day, I'll get it. I don't know that at the time, but when I look it up there is always one. I think the ground barely moving on this techtonic plate is what does it.

Yes. But it's quite strange. One of my hobbies is sailing my small sloop. It seems that when I'm busy enough to have my mind occupied with other things, I'm not bothered - not even in rough seas. But if I'm idle - I let it get to me.
