    About halfway up the mitral valve of the heart temperatures can be 3-5 degrees hotter than the surrounding tissue and overall core body temperature.

    I know it's cliche, but eyes. Eyes, eyes, eyes. There's a reason they say they're the widow to the soul.

    But after that, I'd have to say shoulders (big and broad) and hands (manly, rough, but clean).
