Are you located in the U.K.?
If you are located in the U.S. you can find unlock codes on eBay for around $15.00 for the Nokia 2630 and around $10.00 for the Motorola.
Another option is to purchase a "turbo SIM". It is around $10.00 and works for many brands and models of GSM SIM chip phones.
Again you can find them on eBay.
