In Windows XP, after we receive e-mail we get an error message saying "Outlook Express has encountered a problem and needs to close." How can we fix this?

Download something like thunderbird (don't forget to migrate!) or check online

Something went wrong somewhere in outlook express (big surprise) uninstall it then re-install it. Should give you a fresh clean working program. Or just dont use micrsoft anymore, thats what i do. :)
