    A persons sleep requirements, are as individual as the many flavors of ice cream.

    I sleep 4-5 hours each night. my wife sleeps 8-10. we both are night owls, but 4 am is my wakeup call. she sleeps till 10 am.

    We love each other and the difference in each's sleep requirement has never been a problem.

    We just make it work.

    Depends on the age, I think school kids need at least 10 hours but myself i can survive on 5-6 hours feel great at 8-10 hours. As for do I really get enough sleep? Never! Ive got too much to do.

    I got 7 hours. I'd rather get 8, but I'm used to getting 6-7 hours a night.

    I think the amount you're supposed to get is 6-8 hours, but if I get that much it's hard for me to get up in the morning. I get 4, 5 hours top. I don't think that's considered enough, but, hey it works fine for me.

    Supposedly, the ammount you should get a night is 9 1/4 hours. I personally think six is good enough. I can get by on two though, and usually do most nights. I mean, I'm not on answerbag at 1 am for my health.

    I consider 8 hours per night a sufficient amount of sleep. I generally don't get very much sleep during the week, but then I catch up on the weekends by sleeping for like 13 or 14 hours. So overall, I think my schedule evens out to be about enough sleep, but it's very erratic.

    Yes. Try taking Melatonin. You won't have to sleep as long and also the sleep you do get will be very productive. You won't wake up tired.
    I suggest Ginko Biloba in the mornings as well.
