Whats does that statue with the monkey closing his eyes,ears,and mouth mean?is he trying to close his senses if so why doesnt he close his forehead area?

    It referrs to the idea that he wants to see no evil, hear no evil, and speak no evil. With no input or output, it is considered unlikely that evil will invade the mind itself.
