For a friend: What are the consequenses of taking more thanthe suggested stool softening pills?(and this really is for my friend,not one of those questions that say"for my friend" but are secretly for the people asking)

Exlax. Or however you spell it...gah! Well, your stool would soften quite a bit more than intended and I think you can guess what might happen then. If you have ever seen a mudslide you might picture that and compare the two situations.

- thats what I told her but she said that the bottle was all "in case of overdose,contact poison control center immediatley", but I argued that if you only took like one more than was reccomended it shouldn't screw you up that bad.
