I bought a softwear that is supposed to allow me to access all areas of another mobile phone once linking via bluetooth once but i cannot install it on either mobile even though it says it works on any bluetooth enabled phone and network or country

Hiya..! Silly question, but if you're installing it onto a pc - does the pc have a bluetooth device. If you're trying to install it onto a mobile phone - then I guess the phone must have windows CE as the operating system... (Many phones dont have Windows CE) This could be the problem...!
