First, pulling out really doesn't make a difference. Most guys leak semen throughout intercourse (and before.) Some people call it precum, but men don't have any kind of lubricant for sex. Think of a leaky faucet. Anything dripping of an erect penis is semen and it has sperm in it. So, the fact he has pulled out doesn't matter. There is already sperm inside you.
Now as to your chances...no birth control is 100% effective. There is always a chance as long as you are generating egss and he has living sperm. The safest play is not to play, but if you insist on gambling, then multiple forms of birth controll are best. Condoms, spermicides and the pill are a good combination. Find what works best for you, but always be prepared to be a mom.

My fiance' and I had sex on the 4th day of my period. Condom broke. Took Plan B 1 day later. Will I have my period again this month?

I forgot to take my birth control yesterday, approx. 15 hrs late. I'm bleeding now but I had sex yesterday, should I take plan B or not?

I started my first pack of birth control and I missed three days, resumed back taking the pills and then missed another 3 days.
