I had friends killed on that flight. The most appalling factors were the poor training and qualification requirements. I don't believe in frivolous lawsuits, but they deserve this one.

According to the flight transcripts these two pilots were way over their head flying in this kind of weather,I don't think pilots should be allowed to fly commercially until they are ready for anything.

Yes, I always feel more comfortable with an older guy at the helm. Yes they should raise it to at least 25. I think that is a lot to learn before the age of 20 or 21.

I do realize someone at 20 year old can be mature enough.◄ But apparently in this case a woman was not ►.
It makes me so mad that instead of following rules of landing she was flirting with the pilot. Yes it caused a plane crash.

Don't you think the airlines risk too many lives, and are going to handle a loooot of lawsuit cases??

Frankly, in my opinion one should not start flying until she turns at least 25 even as a co-pilot, not even talking about a pilot.
20 years old seem such a young sucker to fly and have this super-responsible job. These are HUMANS lives we are talking about. :((

I do think 20 is too young
20 years old, feeling unwell and bad weather is just a bad combo!
