    It probably depends on what your face looks like to start with.

    Any plastic surgery has a chance of turning out horribly wrong, though. A thoughtful Google search will turn up any number of examples.

    I'm assuming you are male, and heterosexual. If so, women are attracted to self-confident, high-status males. Looks make a difference but are secondary. Define to yourself what success is, pursue it with all you have, and if you become the person you want to be the confidence and the women will follow.
