Help answer this question below.

Ok im new i need to know how to tell a female from a male? can u tell be for thay go in to bud stage or no?

    1) Welcome to Answerbag. I would suggest that you give a little more information to precise the scope of your question. And don't rely for this on the category, because your question could be recategorized.

    2) I don't think that the bud stage would be a criteria, because both male and female plants have buds:
    "Cannabis, Marijuana or ganja: the flowering tops of female plants,[6] from less than 1% THC to 22% THC; the wide range is probably one of the reasons for the conflicting results from different studies.
    Psychoactive potency by cannabis plant part is approximately as follows (descending order):
    Trichomes
    Female flowering buds
    Male flowering buds
    New shoots
    Leaves from flower buds
    Leaves in ascending order of size
    Stems of leaves (petioles) in ascending order of size
    Stems in ascending order of size
    Roots and seeds"
