• Yeah, I appreciate your predicament, but I don't think I'm too far off to say that probably qualifies for less than 1% of these cases!

• Oh, I am absolutely sure you're right. If it's even close to 1%, I'd be shocked. The only thing that makes it true in my case is 1) the medical condition, and 2) the fact that I'm on the go most of the day and always have to be reachable by phone.
  My circumstances are pretty unique.
  I guess my point is that unless I told you all of that, if you saw me on the street, there's no way you'd know unless I told you. (I'm in my mid-40's and a runner. I'm not in a wheelchair or anything.)
  If you move people like this from the "absolutely douchey" category to the "almost certainly douchey" category, that would be enough. LOL.

• Done! I was in a government building the other day and a guy was wearing one talking on his phone and the security guard told him no cellphones were allowed and he claimed to have been talking to himself! Argued about it vehemently, in fact! I guess he often asks himself "When are you going to get here?" What a douche!

  Although maybe he has a split personality and an accompanying disability that requires a telecommunications device to talk to himself. Hmmmm... :-)
