Help answer this question below.
No. Regarless of clef, sharps would be on their way up, and flats on the way down. Therefore, B sharp would be a C.
No, B sharp is the same pitch as "C" no matter which cleff you are using.
In any clef, B sharp and A are the same thing.

lol! thanks! i'm just starting out with this whole theory business, i'm doing grade 8 in singing next year but i only realised i could sing about 4 years ago and have been doing ever since, i am in my first year (just finishing) at uni therefore i haven't done any theory before this but i want to get into a conservettoire!!
by anonymous on May 13th, 2009
Cool. I enjoy singing, but I used to sing in a rock band, and do covers such as ACDC, Doors, Chili Peppers, and others as such. I don't know what a conservettoire is though. What is it?
by Mr Fixit on May 13th, 2009
awesome!! i sing opera, religious and classical!! a conservettoire is somewhere you go to be trained to professional level, where all the opera singers of today went!!

by anonymous on May 13th, 2009
It would be fun to jam with you both! Maybe some ACDC, Mr. Fixit! I could play some rythem guitar... Opera is awesome, all sing. I really liked Linda Ronstadt's opera singing in "The Pirates Of Penzanze" All sing, have you ever heard of Bill Monroe? He was the granddaddy of bluegrass. The music is from the Appalachans (don't know if I spelled it right) here in America and before that in Ireland. If you have ever watched The Beverly Hillbillies and listened to the beginning and ending music, (Banjo-Earl Scruggs and Guitar-Lester Flatt), it is bluegrass. The main instraments in bluegrass are guitar, banjo, mandolin, fiddle, and stand up bass.
