I posted a question a week or so ago and it was rejected as nonsense. Does that happen because someone flagged it, or is it just moderator's choice?

It was also answered by about 13 people who really liked the question... It was confusing. http://www.answerbag.com/q_view/134393 I don't know if ya'll can see if, but if not the question was: Do you ever wish you were an Oscar Meyer Weiner? It was spelled just fine, and it came from a real song. Ive seen questions that didn't even make sense that have stayed up... I don't get it.
