Help answer this question below.
Depends on what your workman's comp insurance says. If it only covers so many visits and you've reached that limit, then yes, they can do that. I would suggest reviewing the rules around your workman's comp insurance to find out what, if any, limitations there are.
If they found a pre-existing condition that would explain it. Is there anything in your medical history? If there is you may have a problem. Is the doctor involved your doctor? If not go to him and see if he can help you? Good luck.
If not, you should have had an attorney in on your situation from the beginning.

I dont know the rite answer but I do know there is know statute of limitations on civil suites
You're going to have to talk to the Workman's Comp people as soon as possible and explain to them how surprised you were when you found out no more was approved and tell them you're calling to find out when more will be because you are in pain and need further treatment. And you'll probably have to do it more than once. Sorry, but that's how they work it. My husband dealt with that crap all of the time. Every appointment he needed went through about 5 different businesses before the appointment was even made. Get this one...in order for him to come home we needed a ramp built so they approved it. The men that built it did a 1/2 a$$ed job and they told me they were paid $7,000.000 for it! This is why the healthcare system is in the shape it's in. It's ridiculous. Good luck. Don't let them ignore your needs; make sure they help you the way they should.

You're reading I have been treating for a work related injury. Today, I was told that no further treatment would be approved, previous approvals were cancelled and that only existing bills would be paid. PT cancelled, no MRI, can they do that? I'm in such terrible pain

Thank you Byhtomit, I just started receiving treatment. Was approved for the PT which was to start tomorrow and the doc ordered an MRI...then poof!
