Wyn has been working like a dog 4 weeks

I delegated a project to 2 other people by #1 directly asking 2 individuals to take part in the project by sending a personal note to them at work. #2 by asking for conformation either negative or positive that they WOULD be able to handle taking on the project for me. I receive 2 positive response that my project will be handled by the 2 individuals that I asked to help me out.
