I purchased something over the tv several years ago and they sent me the wrong item. The girl who answered the phone asked me to hold for a minute but didn't put the phone on hold, instead she just put it on her desk and I could hear all the office workers laughing and being really loud like they were having a party. I waited for about 15 minutes! She finally picked up the phone and said "oh, are you still there?!" and when I said yes; she hung up! I tried to call back 3 more times but they would just pick up the phone and hang it up! I couldn't believe it.

A sales person asked me if I needed any help. Midway through my explanation of what I needed help with he walked away and asked another customer if they needed any help. That's probably just one of the many reasons why Circuit City went out of business.

That was when i went to a costa cafe and i had just finished my coffee and beverages the staff tried to take the stuffs away from the table as if pushing us away from the cafe.
