Does an enlarged prostate affect the strength of an erection? I'm 60 and have this problem, and my erections have become weak, and disappear altogether at time of penetration. Could the prostate be a cause for this?

Yes. You should go see a doctor for this problem. An enlarged prostate could be the first signs of prostate cancer, which can end up killing you if not caught and treated soon enough. Make an appointment as soon as possible.
