You need to find out if there are any fault codes stored. Do not shotgun your truck by changing parts untill you know what is wrong. Is there fuel when the truck stalls, what is your fuel pressure like, is there spark when it stalls.....It may end up being cheaper to have a pro look at your truck rather then just replacing parts till its fixed.
It could be MANY things. 1st: scan the computer. (Throttle Position Sensor would be highly suspect; also: IAC motor/valve; EGR valve;, etc.).
My 96' Ford Ranger, 4.0 is idling badly. Smells like gas as well. Changed one of the o2 sensors, coolant temp sensor as well.

You're reading My 2001 Chev Blazer up but when i stop it dies, it fires right back up and drives fine as long as i can give it gas but once i slow down to turn or stop the car dies again. I've replaced the Fuel pump this has not fixed the problem. Any S
