While you read, take notes as much as you can. I find that it is easier to remember something once I have written it out, much easier than if I had just read it. Also, I find colour-coding my notes to be helpful.

Haha, I might have known! It's all in the preparation. You need to reduce the amount your going to cram to a manageable amount. Strip away all the fringe areas of the subject & concentrate on the core aspects. You are only going to be asked a certain number of questions so you need to limit yourself to the one's you think you are going to be best able to answer. Once you've decided on these re-write your notes in condensed form, this will help the info get into your memory, then re-read as many times as possible. Find yourself 2 quotes that go with each area you have studied but don’t read them till the morning of the exam. When in the exam, spend 20-30 mins reading & deciding which questions you will answer, then using scrap paper write a plan for each question including the quote you learnt that morning & hey presto. I did this technique for my degree & passed. (Not that I’m recommending it)

A lot of coffee, Red Bull etc. Take a lot of notes & short breaks in between. Quiet place with no interruptions. Consider it a challenge that you will succeed in (prior to starting, power of your mind). Don't overload or stress yourself out!

hm. I got one. How bout you think about cheating and start preparing to cheat. Then before you know it, you will have remembered everything you were trying to cheat for!....Bad answer lol? Ya but I know someone who was going to cheat and write everything down on notes in their cell phone, then ended up remembering everything because she wrote everything down on notes lol!
